Replacements

• We stand behind every product we sell. Please contact us if you have any problems with the products you have received. A replacement will be arranged ASAP once confirmed.
• Any postage and handling charged with your order is non-refundable, unless the item you purchased was listed incorrectly online or you were shipped a different product from what you ordered.
• Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.
• Bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.

Refunds

• Items must be sent back to us within 30 days in original condition before a refund is issued.
• You must pay the cost of shipping goods back to Gadget Express for a return.
• A full refund will be issued if item is not available or not as advertised.
• We guarantee a full or partial refund in accordance to our mutual agreement.
